Dance harder live longer

Friday the 6th of november, we took care of the visuals for Dance harder, live longer@ the Effenaar. Amongst other projects we collaborated with 3 dancers: Jessica, Nina and Fifi who performed a poi-dancing show while we projected video-images over them.

Movie night at HCZ

Dirty Soap presents: the 15th of oktober, an evening about squating and the possible anti squatting law. It will be a night with documentairies, short movies and information about squatting and upcoming events.
So come and squat a seat for an evening to enjoy this and eat and drink for squatter prices.

For the "Password is love party" on saturday 19 September DirtySoap created a video painting/sculpture that consisted out of a drawing of a Shiva like goddes and 6 white balls which contained video. During the night of VJ'ing every ball showed the same video but from a different angle or looktrough giving all the balls the same motion but always different images.

Interactive video instalation for the Scrapheap sound system.

For the "fuck you were from Eindhoven" music festival at de IJzeren Man in Eindhoven DirtySoap created in the middle of a soundsystem a video installation with animations and later on an interactive game of Pong. For this instalation we used an oldschool projection screen to fit in the completely recycled and on solar energy running Scrapheap Sound System, and to create a blend between new and old technologies.The viewer could play one of the oldest games ever (pong) while using the newest technologies like beamers, solar energy, laptops and music from this day and age.

The sushi bar

For the exposition (25-07-09) organized by the HCZ art collective in Eindhoven, Dirty Soap transformed into a sushi bar using sound, video and a chill area to entertain and feed the visitors. The atmosphere was rather good and the visitors where quite surprised with finding sushi in a squat. 

Interactive video installation/exposition @ hcz artoffensive

For this exposition we arranged the inside of one floor during the 2 day exposition at hcz artoffensive.
It became a space where people could chill and experience video in different ways. Everywhere in the room there where televisions catching peoples attention wich showed animations and short movies made by different artists. The setting of the televisions was arranged that if u look at a t.v. your view is also directed at other people and the other way round. In this way the t.v. also got a social function.
Next to that the audience could create their own visuals by using a controller that hung down the ceiling wich controlled 5 beamers aimed at the ceiling.
